Just read the article on Consumerist (referred by LifeHacker) and I like the photojournal idea...

Wish I took a photo of that full English fried breakfast I had for lunch, which is now curdling inside me!

hey I looked at your site quickly, that's actually a pretty good idea to take a photojournal of what you eat. Very artsy way of keeping track lol

Make a photomontage and put music in the background. Anyways, makes you think about what we put in our body.Those burgers and fries definitely looked good! I wonder how hard you had to workout to get rid of that!
